In the event an improperly priced item is discovered after credit card processing, ependable.com, Inc. will promptly void the sale, issue a refund via the same method used to purchase the item, and give the customer an opportunity to purchase the item at its proper price.
Sales Tax:
ependable.com, Inc. is a registered corporation in the State of New Jersey and is responsible for collecting state sales tax on all orders shipped within the state. We also ship products from California and Texas and are required to charge state sales tax on orders shipped to these states also. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate this tax on all orders shipped to these states.
Warranty Policy:
All products are covered by manufacturer warranties.
Cancellation of Orders:
You have 12 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel the order for a full refund. If after the 12 hours you wish the order cancelled, we will attempt to cancel the order with the manufacturer, if the order can not be cancelled with the manufacturer, there will be a 35% restocking fee charged. Orders should not be considered cancelled by you, unless you receive from ependable.com, Inc., a cancellation confirmation number, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been cancelled.
Order Confirmations:
Order confirmations are automatically sent to the billing address email given by you during checkout. If upon placing your order online, you don't receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, please contact us immediately by e-mail at customerservice@ependable.com upon receiving your order confirmation via email please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy, you have 12 hours from the time you receive the order confirmation to make any correction to the items listed on the order. If after the 12 hours you wish the items on the order changed, we will attempt to make the change with the manufacturer, if the order can not be changed with the manufacturer, there will be a 35% restocking fee charged. Orders should not be considered changed, unless you receive from ependable.com, Inc., a confirmation email outlining the changes you requested, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been changed. Upon receiving the aforementioned email confirmation, you will be required to reply to the change order as verification by you of the changes.
Return Policy:
(Return Policies may vary by manufacturer, Please Check Individual Manufacturer's Screens Prior to Ordering) All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from receipt. All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging for resale. Items which have been installed can not be returned. A 35% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Your credit will be issued upon inspection by ependable.com, Inc. Please contact ependable.com, Inc. for a return materials authorization (RMA) via e-mail at customerservice@ependable.com prior to shipping anything back. All returns must have a RMA number enclosed in order to insure proper crediting, and must be shipped fully insured.
Damaged Shipment or Defects in Merchandise: Upon receipt of your product, please inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been damaged. If the packaging or product has been damaged, be sure that it is noted by the carrier on all shipping documents and contact ependable.com, Inc. immediately by e-mail at customerservice@ependable.com . Any claims for merchandise defects must be made through our customer service department at by e-mail at customerservice@ependable.com within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. We will send a replacement part or replace the entire fixture at our discretion. No refund on broken fixtures, if you choose to return a broken fixture without requesting replacement, there will be a 35% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must have a RMA number enclosed in order to insure proper crediting, and must be shipped fully insured.
Shipping Errors:
All claims for shipping errors must be made through our customer service department by e-mail at customerservice@ependable.com within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Any shipping cost associated with shipping errors will be the responsibility of ependable.com, Inc. Shipping within the continental United States: Shipping is Free for all orders via Ground Shipping to locations within the continental United States only.
